Bairro Chã

Bairro Lugar da Chã is organised around a dead-end distributor street, which divides the neighbourhood into two blocks — east and west. Its present urban fabric is also marked by a heterogeneity of building types, resting on diverse morphologies, the most common being the single-family dwelling.

Câmara Municipal de Loures issued the neighbourhood’s subdivision permit on 21 September 2025.
