Methodology
02. Preliminary study
Definition of the architectural solution, spatial organisation, siting and concept.
03. Permit application
Preparation of the documents required by the municipal process and liaison with the authorities.
04. Detailed design
Technical development of the architectural solution, including coordination between engineering disciplines and BIM modelling to support coordination, anticipate clashes and reduce errors on site.
05. Construction supervision
Technical support during construction, clarification of queries and verification of compliance with the design.
06. As-built drawings
Closing the process.
