House in Quinta da Peça

The plot lies in a residential urban area to be restructured, on which a single-family house over two floors is to be built.

The volume of the house presents a number of setbacks, so as to bring dynamism to the shaping of the living spaces and to create openings for natural light and ventilation.

At the rear of the plot there is a small leisure area, associated with a garden and an outdoor kitchen counter adjoining the side gable of the annexe.
