The Bairro do Almarjão AUGI lies in the parish of Loures, east of the Murteira settlement. The proposal provides for 256 dwellings, the most common typology being the single-family house. Among its main objectives are fitting the proposal to the existing topography and services, improving conditions for urban mobility, and setting out clearly the technical conditions to be imposed on each plot.
